Guided by the moon's rhythm and deeply drawn to the depths of transformation, I weave together my experiences and insights, guiding seekers from the shadows to their own light.
I know what it's like when the darkness feels overwhelming, when dreams feel shattered and certainty slips away. but I also know the future holds unexpected light.
Every moment—even the painful ones—leads us toward a happiness that slowly pieces our heart and soul back together.

as an HR executive by day and poet, intuitive coach, and pilates instructor by night, I combine tools and resources to unlock the inherent purpose within each of us.
my journey through grief, depression, and OCD led me to explore every avenue of healing - from SSRIs and therapy to reiki, human design and card reading.
studying with a private coach at the internation human design school
